In order to arrange a service agreement for you (and your party), Drive24-7 Insurance Services Limited will need to collect personal information from you (and about your party), which may include: Your full name and address, contact telephone number(s), email address(es), medical details, and your travel itinerary. We reserve the right to request further information in order to make an informed decision on your service agreement. Drive24-7 Insurance Services Limited may not be able to offer you cover in circumstances where information that is deemed necessary is withheld. Some of the information we collect may be sensitive and relate to, for example, your health or criminal convictions or that of other members of your party. This information will only be used for the provision or administration of your agreement or a claim under it. When applying for a service agreement, you will be given the opportunity to consent to giving this information, but if you decline to do so, we may not be able to provide cover for you.

C. Use of Information

Information provided to us will be used for the purpose of arranging your cover and processing any claim. It may be passed, for example, to our principals, agents, medical advisers, claims supervisors, fraud control organisations and industry regulators.

Drive24-7 Insurance Services Limited may, from time to time, email you with offers or information we feel may be of interest to you.

Drive24-7 Insurance Services Limited may also use this information to pass onto third party/parties for, but not limited to, statistical or marketing purposes. If you do not wish us to contact you or for your information to be passed on to a third party except for the purposes of deciding or arranging your cover or for any claim related process, you may write to the Managing Director of Drive24-7 Insurance Services Limited or alternatively you may e-mail your request to us via our 'Contact Us' form.

Data will only be kept for as long as is necessary for the purposes of your cover or as we may be required to hold it for legal reasons.

You may obtain a copy of the information held about you by submitting a written request to the address at the end of this notice, together with a cheque for £10 payable to Drive24-7 Insurance Services Limited.

D. Your Location
The products and services on this site are only available to residents of the United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland and the EU, and no contract will be entered into with a resident of any other country.

E. Security System

Drive24-7 Insurance Services Limited uses sophisticated technology to ensure the security of transactions with us which includes password and access control, session timeout and Encrypted Network Communication (SSL - up to 256 bit).

However, Drive24-7 Insurance Services Limited will not be liable for any problems caused by web browsers used by our clients nor for any losses or damage which may result from these.

H. Fee / Commission Disclosure
Drive24-7 Insurance Services Limited receives revenue in several forms. From Brokerage, underwriting management, benefits consulting, remuneration may be received as commission paid by an Insurer. From investment income on premiums, claims payments and return premiums temporarily held as fiduciary funds and from contingent commissions paid by an insurer based on aggregate loss experience, overrides paid by an insurer based on services performed and the volume of business placed with the insurer and fees paid for performance of technical or other services.
